The Orange County Clerk of Courts is dedicated to providing exceptional, friendly service to our clients. We are passionate about giving back to our community, defending its rights, and raising awareness of local resources that benefit Orange County residents. We are proud to partner with Harbor House, the Mental Health Union of Central Florida, and the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA).
Clients come to our office to pay traffic and criminal fines, initiate or contest civil lawsuits, handle property issues, and pay child support. We also help our clients issue domestic violence arrest warrants and seek support for a loved one with mental health or core abuse issues. We accept passport appeals and issue marriage certificates; We even organize wedding ceremonies.
Many of our services, such as paying traffic tickets or reviewing lawsuits, can be completed online. If that’s not possible, we offer convenient locations throughout Orange County and the ability to make payments at any Amscot branch.

The Clerk’s Office released the latest report to Orange County citizens. The report describes our office’s strategic vision and highlights the many people who make it a reality. It also contains important statistics that reflect our work as an information clearinghouse for the justice system.
The Office of the State Court Administrator (OSCA) conducted an audit of the Orange County Summary Reporting System (SRS) from November 7 to 10, 2011. The purpose of the audit was to evaluate compliance with the informing requirements outlined in the 2002 State of Florida Court Summary Reporting System Manual (SRS Manual), which are necessary to comply with the requirements of Section 25.075 of the Florida Statutes.
At our office, we are passionate about making a difference in other people’s lives. We identify opportunities for our Assistant Secretaries to volunteer each year through our annual service project and collaboration with community partners such as Heart of Florida United Way.
